Inside the case are wooden chocks built to prevent the sextant being dislodged.  The plastic case does not have a lock or key and the inside is filled with specially shaped plastic foam.<\/p>\n<p>Normally the accessories will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A sextant spanner.<\/li>\n<li>A sextant screwdriver or ball headed adjustment pin.<\/li>\n<li>Sextant oil in a small bottle.<\/li>\n<li>Spare telescope (if carried).<\/li>\n<li>A soft cloth or chamois leather.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depending on type and manufacturer, the sextant case will either be made of a hardwood or plastic.
